Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the PrivyPass VPN service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PrivyPass provides a virtual private network (VPN) service powered by the WireGuard protocol. The Service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy.

3. Account Registration

Access to PrivyPass is by invitation only. You must have a valid invite code to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing a valid email address for account recovery

Invite codes are single-use and non-transferable once redeemed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in illegal activities, including distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks
  • Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure
  • Sharing your account credentials or invite codes with unauthorized parties

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

The PrivyPass name, logo, website, and application are the intellectual property of PrivyPass. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivyPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
